Senior Hire to Drive Company Culture at d+m

In London, employee-owned insights agency davies+mckerr (d+m) has appointed former Crowd DNA exec Laura Warby in the new role of Head of Culture, part of its senior leadership team and responsible for 'protecting and developing' the company's culture and values.

The full service insights agency was founded in 2005 by planning specialists Andy Davies and Roger McKerr and has been an employee-owned trust (EOT) since 2023. Warby (pictured) brings experience from roles as a researcher, new business lead, head of agency, leadership coach, and breathwork and yoga practitioner. She was previously Global Head of Culture at Crowd DNA, where she spent more than nine years, and earlier in her career worked at Tonic Insight, The Research Partnership, Insight Research Group and G4S International. She started her MR life on the graduate training scheme at Synovate.

In her new role she reports to joint Managing Partners Shaun Barton and Tom Anderson, and is charged with creating conditions for staff to 'feel equipped and energised to do their best work' and 'amplifying the real sense of ownership for employees as an EOT'. She will also work on mentoring and coaching for team development, and help to embed DEI.
