Analytics Buy for 'RevOps' Platform Fullcast

In Salt Lake City, Utah, sales tracking and optimisation platform Fullcast has acquired web analytics software firm Datajoin.

Analytics Buy for 'RevOps' Platform FullcastFullcast helps clients' sales teams improve their productivity and success, providing a platform to connect Go-to-Market planning activities with tactical sales execution. Operations, sales, finance and customer success teams can access the platform in real time to adjust strategy.

Datajoin was founded in 2018 by industry veteran Sam Fonoimoana, and helps users understand customer behavior by integrating web analytics tracking software, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics and Salesforce. Fullcast says the buy will combine expertise in attributing and documenting the customer journey with its existing strengths in building and executing Go-to-Market plans, helping to streamline processes, improve data accuracy and enable faster decision-making.

Fonoimoana worked previously at companies including Domo and Ancestry.com and will now lead a new product line at Fullcast as General Manager. He comments: 'Our mission is to bridge the gap between siloed data systems and provide marketing and sales teams with a unified view of the customer journey. We view ourselves as the 'marketer's best friend' because of the insights companies get from our proprietary Micro Integrations'.

'We are thrilled to release Datajoin as part of the Fullcast product suite', says Fullcast CEO Ryan Westwood. 'We believe that this addition gives much-needed marketing insights to better connect the customer journey and facilitate collaboration between marketing and sales'.
