Yabble Adds Features to 'Virtual Audiences'

In Auckland, New Zealand, AI-based insights firm Yabble has upgraded its Virtual Audiences product. The changes include the launch of a trends and indicators report, and a number of new features geared to providing more flexibility and deeper consumer understanding.

Topp and O'SheaFounded by Kathryn Topp and Rachel O'Shea (pictured), and previously known as The Thinking Studio, the firm uses machine learning and natural language processing to help brands connect with more than a million consumers globally, collecting data in real time. In autumn 2023 it launched a synthetic respondent option called Virtual Audiences, and earlier this year it added the facility for users to upload and integrate their own proprietary datasets to tailor the personas of AI respondents to suit their business.

The new Market Insights Report provides a comprehensive overview of market trends and leading indicators, complete with 'reputable sources'. Users can choose to generate this report as a starting point before embarking on a full Virtual Audience project. Other improvements include a redesigned interface allowing for 'seamless navigation and customization', including more intuitive editing of AI-generated personas and questions; and updated Yabble models which ensure 'the most relevant and valuable data is incorporated into the knowledge lake'.
