ALFA and WorkL Partner for CX and EX Solutions
Two UK-based firms, CX optimisation firm ALFA Connect Group and employee engagement platform WorkL, have announced a strategic partnership intending to 'revolutionise the landscape of employee and customer experiences'.
'Experience Intelligence' specialist ALFA is headquartered in London and combines customer, product and brand experience solutions for clients in the global retail, restaurant and leisure sectors. Its proprietary software allows clients to monitor both solicited and unsolicited feedback, and researchers combine with AI to deliver actionable insights. The company also offers specialist field marketing services and recruitment support.
Its new partner WorkL was founded by Lord Mark Price (pictured), the former MD of Waitrose and Deputy Chairman of the John Lewis Partnership, and provides full lifecycle employee surveys tapping data analytics and career development support to improve commercial performance for thousands of global clients. This includes New Starter, Appraisal and Exit Surveys as well as a 24/7 Listening App, and the firm boasts the 'world's largest employee sentiment database', promising clients 'unparalleled' comparative benchmarking.
