Meltwater, Airadis Partner for PR and Comms Analytics

In California, PR and communications analyst firm Airadis, which aims to advance the use of data and AI in communication strategies and planning, has announced a partnership with media / social media intelligence company Meltwater.

Geoffrey SidariAiradis is run by Geoffrey Sidari (pictured), who spent the last year as MD at integrated marketing and communications firm Prosek Partners, and before that spent four years at WE Communications, as SVP and then EVP of Insights and Analytics. His earlier career included spells at National CineMedia, Wunderman and IBM, and Airadis has been an ongoing project through sixteen years.

Meltwater analyses around a billion pieces of online content each day to help marcoms professionals make informed decisions. Its Enterprise Intelligence Suite uses AI, natural language processing, computer vision and inference models to provide a unified view of datasets across media, user-generated content, influencer metrics, business intelligence and first-party data; and a month ago it launched a program called ExpertsWithInsights, allowing clients and others to share their expertise in a community of thought leaders. The firm has 50 offices across six continents, and 2,300 employees.

The new collaboration sees Meltwater's 'robust' data collection and analysis tools integrated with Airadis' analytic framework, and aims 'to help drive innovation in AI and Comms CoPilot client strategy in comms', and democratize media data across client companies. Promised benefits include holistic media monitoring, consultancy on building Meltwater data into broader GenAI initiatives; enhanced analytics and reporting; improved audience engagement; and advanced crisis management and reputation tracking.
