Space in the Toon for Nielsen
Nielsen is to have a small presence on Tyneside, in the North East of England, after signing up for offices in Newcastle's Quorum Park.
 The ratings giant will take 2,827 square feet of space at the newly refurbished Q5 office building, and will have Warner Brothers Discovery as a neighbour after the entertainment group took around twice as much square footage in the same building.
Chris Pearson, a Partner at property consultancy Naylors Gavin Black, which sealed the deals, said: 'In a challenging out-of-town office market, the lettings at Q5 go to show that high-quality office space is still a draw. To be welcoming such high-profile tenants to Quorum Business Park is quite a coup'.
