Potentia Insight Opens Leeds Office

Digital market research firm Potentia Insight has opened an office in Leeds, its first in the UK outside London. The new location launches with a team of four, and there are plans for ambitious growth in the region.

Two former directors of BDRC-owned Alligator Digital, Suzy Hassan and Colin Clifford, formed the company in February 2023, offering a range of digital solutions including customer surveys, online panels and communities. Within six months it had acquired boutique analytics specialist SigDiff, whose brand it retains for its analytics arm. This year its team has continued to grow rapidly.

The firm says the new office reflects its commitment to delivering great service, and positions it better to serve a diverse range of clients across the UK.
