Senior Hires for Canada's Leger

Canadian independent MR firm Leger has appointed Dr Lana Porter as SVP in Vancouver, and promoted Mickael Lavergne and Mike Lindstrom to VP Business Development roles, in Montreal and Vancouver respectively.

Leger logoEstablished in 1986, Leger is the largest Canadian-owned market research and analytics company, with more than 600 employees in eight Canadian and US offices.

Porter brings a PhD and decades of research experience, working on a global scale and often with hybrid qual/quant methodologies. She has run her own consultancy for the last twenty years, after nine years at Ipsos Reid. Leger EVP Steve Mossop says her expertise 'will not only strengthen our offerings but also help drive our continued growth and innovation in delivering exceptional insights to our clients - something she is well known for in the industry'.

Lavergne joined Leger six years ago, initially as a Business Development Specialist. He focuses on client relationship management, market research and strategic business development, 'significantly boosting revenues and contributing to the company's growth and success' according to Leger. Lavergne describes the company as 'brimming with ambition' but also 'a family committed to taking care of its employees and helping them grow and shine'.

Lindstrom has worked at Leger for nearly four years, initially as a Client Solutions Specialist. He was promoted to Associate VP Client Solutions in March 2023, and the company says his latest promotion reflects his leadership and expertise in client management and strategic business development.
