New Mumbai Location for Nielsen
Nielsen has leased a new 152,000 square foot site in Goregaon, a suburb of Mumbai.
 According to reports in various Indian publications, Nielsen India Media Pvt Ltd agreed the lease on three floors of the Commerz III building (pictured), via a subsidiary, Whats On India Media Pvt Ltd. The building is located in the International Business Park at Oberoi Garden in Goregaon East.
Real estate data analytics firm CRE Matrix said the ratings firm has agreed monthly rent of Rs. 38.7m ($US 463k), for a ten-year lease with a 5-year lock-in, commencing January 1st 2025 - the building is currently being fitted out. The licence also includes 164 car parking spaces.
