London Appointment for Behaviorally
Shopper insights provider Behaviorally has appointed former Mintel exec Elena Lunghi as Director, Customer Success, based in London.
Behaviorally offers insights and software focused around consumer behavior in the final moments along the path-to-purchase, and operates 'the world's largest' database of behavioral consumer pack design metrics. In January it launched a packaging insights platform called GLADYS, and in April it partnered with Chinese eCommerce giant Alibaba to offer pack testing on the latter's TMIC platform. Last week it appointed Kelly Hickey as Managing Director, Global Client Strategy, in its Chicago office.
Lunghi (pictured) spent nearly six years at Mintel as an Account Manager and then Account Director. Earlier she worked for a year as a Business Developer at packaging manufacturer Smurfitt Kappa.
Brent Snider, Behaviorally's MD of Global Business Development states: 'Elena's proven track record of driving client success and fostering strategic innovation will be instrumental in accelerating our business development efforts and unlocking new opportunities for growth'.
