APAC Promotions for Human8
In Singapore, insights group Human8 has announced the promotions of Mark Alvarez to Head of Operations APAC and Daniel Teixeira to Senior Business Director Southeast Asia.
 Previously known in the region as ABN Impact and Direction First, Human8 employs more than 800 people across 22 offices, and is the result of nine acquisitions in the last six years: Direction First, Columinate, eÿeka, Join the Dots, ABN Impact, Answer, Space Doctors, Gongos and Happy Thinking People.
Alvarez (pictured left) joined ABN Impact in 2018 as Founding MD for the Philippines and for the past year has been Managing Partner at Human8, based in Singapore. Prior to joining he worked client side, latterly at AXA Philippines as Head of Customer Strategy, Insights and Market Intelligence. Human8's APAC MD Maz Amirahmadi comments: 'In his new role, Mark will play a pivotal part in ensuring we deliver value to our clients. Specifically, he will lead the development of our strategy to harness the benefits of AI for both our staff and clients. Mark's track record of success since joining us to establish the Philippines operation in 2018 speaks volumes, and we have every confidence that he will continue to excel'.
Teixeira (pictured right) joined the group in 2010 as MD in the UK, and moved out to Asia a decade later as MD in Singapore. 'We are pleased to announce that Daniel will now lead all client teams in Southeast Asia' says Amirahmadi. 'Since joining us in the APAC region in 2020, Daniel has earned the trust of both staff and clients. His commitment to delivering quality service to clients while fostering team members' career growth is commendable. We are confident that Daniel will play a pivotal role in accelerating the upward momentum of our Southeast Asia business'.
