Azerion Hires Former Nielsen Manager as Head of CTV
In the UK, digital entertainment and media platform Azerion has appointed former Nielsen and Quantcast staffer Mark Taylor as Head of CTV. In addition to taking the firm's CTV offer to market, he is charged with working with partner companies to ensure campaigns can be targeted, scaled and measured.
Azerion was founded in 2014 and is headquartered in Amsterdam. The company promises advertisers simp0le and cost-effective access to global scaled audiences. Its commercial teams are based in more than 26 cities around the world.
Taylor (pictured) was previously Commercial Partner Development Director at Quantcast, where he managed the UK partnerships while supporting across the US and EMEA, with direct, SSP and measurement suppliers; and working with sales, product and engineering teams to help lead and deliver CTV to market. Before this he spent nearly five years at Nielsen, as a Senior Account Manager for its Marketing Cloud and earlier Senior Client Manager - Marketing Effectiveness, selling Data-as-a-Service, research and measurement across firms including GroupM, Dentsu and independent agencies.
In his new role, he will work with data, inventory, and measurement partners, as well as current and prospective clients looking to plan, activate and measure their CTV campaigns, both standalone and full-funnel.
