Launch for Pulse Food Delivery Intell Platform
Global food tech SaaS company Deliverect has launched a marketing intelligence platform called Pulse, integrating with delivery platforms like Uber Eats, DoorDash and Deliveroo and promising restaurants the insights and tools they need to improve visibility and ROI.
Deliverect helps clients of all sizes in more than 43 countries to improve their customer experience across channels, using a flexible API-first approach to either replace or complement their existing tech. The company says the US online food delivery market is worth nearly $350bn in 2024, with more than $95bn generated by the meal delivery segment - however restaurants 'struggle to allocate marketing budgets effectively across multiple channels', partly due to a lack of clear insights into store performance, competitive benchmarks, market dynamics, and genuine ROI.
Pulse aims to provide a centralised platform to put this right. The platform combines key insights into clients' own operations with competitive intelligence, to help them 'increase order volume while optimizing on marketing'. Users can view data for hundreds of stores across multiple channels, separately or in a consolidated view, with real-time alerts and the ability to track trends. A MarketPlace Optimization score (MPO) aggregates competitor data across categories, incorporating online rates, menu audits, delivery times and overall ratings to give a figure from 0-100. The solution gives insights into the marketing tactics and offers being deployed by competitors, with real-time alerts, store health metrics and trend changes, allowing swift responses to competitor actions.
Deliverect CEO and co-founder Zhong Xu (pictured) says 'Pulse brings individual store performance and competitive insights together so that customers can optimize their marketing strategies and improve visibility in search results and food categories while managing spend effectively'. He adds: 'We're proud to be empowering this transparency so that the entire ecosystem can be more successful'.
