TalentNeuron Unveils EVP Optimizer

In New York, labor market analytics firm TalentNeuron has launched EVP Sentiment Analysis, helping client companies to optimize their Employee Value Proposition using data from the reported experiences of employees across the competitive landscape.

The former Gartner subsidiary says its new solution combines two data streams: an analysis of 28 million online employee reviews, updated monthly, and its own comprehensive EVP taxonomy, developed from more than 800 million data points across 1.5 million daily job ads. Data is refreshed monthly, and AI-based analysis finds patterns in the data, offering 'nuanced insights' across all EVP categories. The solution features customizable benchmarking, and an 'early warning' trend identification function.
