Nexxt Intelligence Boosts Client Team with Two Hires

Toronto-based research tech and conversational AI company Nexxt Intelligence has appointed Mary Beth Barbour as Managing Director, Client Enablement and Ellie Ma as Senior Manager, Client Enablement.

Mary Beth Barbour and Ellie MaFounded in 2015, Nexxt Intelligence is the provider of inca (inquisitive natural conversation agent) which uses conversational AI to help users derive better qualitative insights and deeper understanding 'at quantitative scale', and is the core behind other products: the firm's end-to-end Big Qual platform, their inca SmartProbe API - adding inca's qual probing capabilities to any quant survey platform; and inca AI Coding, which analyses and codes survey open-ends and verbatims.

Barbour (pictured above) brings more than twenty-five years of experience, nearly twenty of them at Ipsos Reid and then Ipsos, where most recently she worked as SVP - Client Officer. Since leaving in late 2022 she has taken a career break.

Ma (pictured below) was previously a Client Service Manager at YouGov, after working as a Research Analyst and Manager, Customer Enablement at Dig Insights, where she spent two and a half years.
