Partner Hires for New Consulting Firm Luminary

In London, Luminary Advisory Partners (LAP) has announced six Partner appointments: Mark Stanton, Rajeev Agrawal, Michael van der Sande, Ralph Debbas, Geoff Dowding and Jolyon Nash. The six bring new areas of specialism and expand regional coverage to include Europe, India, China and the Middle East.

Luminary logoLAP works as a strategic advisor and partner for Board members and Executive management teams in the automotive, future mobility, technology, luxury and lifestyle sectors, helping with all aspects of brand and product strategy, business and organisational development and the customer journey.

Stanton joins as Partner for the China region and is an expert in automotive product development and engineering, with more than forty years' experience of product development, for companies including Ford, Jaguar Land Rover and most recently Human Horizons, where as co-founder and CTO he built the HiPhi brand.

Agrawal will serve as Partner for the India region, an expert in product strategy and planning who has worked extensively in Asia Pacific with OEMs including Mahindra, Tata, General Motors and Stellantis.

Amsterdam-based van der Sande will serve as Partner for Europe, having served during a thirty-year career as CEO, CMO and/or CCO for brands including Bentley, Harley Davidson, Tesla, Aston Martin, Alpine, Jaguar Land Rover and Lucid.

Debbas joins as Partner for the Middle East, and is the founder and CEO of the region's 'only' home-grown automotive group, Dubai-based W Motors, which now designs and manufactures hypercars, security vehicles and commercial vehicles. With a background in automotive design, Debbas led the creation of the Lykan HyperSport that featured as the hero car in Universal Studios' film Fast and Furious 7.

Dowding and Nash join in London office as Partners. Dowding's forty years of experience include working as COO of UAE-based Al Habtoor Motors, an automotive retail and distributor group where he oversaw a staff of 1400 and the operations of seven brands including Bugatti, Bentley and McLaren as well as commercial and passenger service vehicles.Nash is a sales and marketing exec who helped with rapid growth of McLaren and Rolls-Royce, and helped build the VW and BMW brands in South Africa - he also advises companies in the marine industry.
