Data Firm Amperity Hires Chief Revenue Officer
In Seattle, Lakehouse customer data platform (CDP) Amperity has appointed Chris Polishuk as Chief Revenue Officer.
Amperity helps clients to understand their customers, 'stitching together' all customer interactions in a unified view which then seamlessly connects to marketing tools. In March the firm announced two new generative AI capabilities, Explore and Assist, and two months ago it added a first-party data advertising graph, allowing for regular measurement of the total impact of clients' digital ad campaigns across online and off-line sales - and optimization of the return.
Recently the firm has been awarded ISO 27001, SOC 2 and HIPAA compliance, underlining its commitment to privacy and security; and it has built partnerships with ad tech providers Criteo and The Trade Desk.
In his new role he is charged with leading Amperity's global go-to-market teams, enhancing its sales strategies and expanding its market reach.
Polishuk (pictured) brings more than twenty years' experience in martech and ad tech, building teams and sales strategies, and managing global customer relationships. He has worked for companies including Datorama (acquired by Salesforce), Acxiom and Birst.
The AmpAi suite includes data asset building and customization tool AI Assist, and natural language processing analyst AmpGPT.
Interim CEO Chris Jones says of the hire: 'Finding someone with the perfect blend of dynamism, know-how and cultural fit was no small feat, but Chris ticks all the boxes and then some. His impressive history of steering global go-to-market teams to success across competitive landscapes is a game-changer to help our team level up to exceed the needs of the market'.
