Rapid Rise to Director for Firefish Exec

London-based insight firm Firefish has promoted Margot Goldman-Edwards to Director. She joined from university as an intern nearly seven years ago.

Firefish Group provides full service solutions from offices in London and New York. In January it rebranded its quant and data analytics business the numbers lab as 'Firefish Data', and the Group has three other member companies: family insights and strategy division The Pineapple Lounge; pharma and consumer healthcare specialists Firefish Healthcare; and the original Firefish agency which offers strategic qual and cultural strategy.

In February the Group announced five promotions and seven new hires, and in April two of its directors Jem Fawcus and Richard Owen launched a new company, QualifyAI, with a mission 'to automate qualitative research without stripping it of its humanity'.

Educated at the University of York and King's College London, Goldman-Edwards (pictured) joined Firefish as a Qual Research Intern in November 2017 and was quickly promoted to RE, SRE and then Research Manager by September 2020. She became an AD in December 2021 and is now promoted again.
