Acquisition for LA Marketing Firm Dysrupt
Los Angeles-based marketing agency Dysrupt has acquired performance marketing and brand strategy firm Armscye, whose expertise includes e-commerce analytics, persona building and conversion funnel optimization.
Dysrupt was founded by Jarod Haness and Nate Lorenzen, alumni of firms including Meta, Microsoft, Disney and AOL, and offers creative, mixed media modeling, strategy and execution for clients worldwide. The addition of Armscye, which focuses on emerging and high-growth companies, adds expertise in retail/e-commerce and early-stage technology, positioning Dysrupt 'at the intersection of entertainment and consumer marketing', for both B2B and B2C clients.
'Media execution is central to what we do at Dysrupt' says Haness (pictured). 'By bringing Armscye's expertise on board, we're significantly enhancing our ability to deliver comprehensive and effective marketing solutions that drive tangible results for our clients'. Drew Chambers and Chris Bryan, co-founders of Armscye, add: 'Dysrupt's experienced team significantly increases the depth of service available to our clients while also allowing us to combine expertise with great people who think about brand communication, service, innovation, and agile tactics at the highest level'.
