Dive Buys to Boost Norwegian Mystery Shopping Business
Northern European mystery shopping and customer service specialist Dive has acquired Norwegian mystery shopping firm SeeYou.
Dive has representative offices in eight countries, including the Nordics, Baltics and Poland, and is itself part of data and research group STATCO, alongside fellow northern European agencies RAIT and Intra. Dive has previously acquired Norway's Ukjent Kunde, Danish firm Servicemind, Finland's Palvelu Plus, and Sweden-based Nordic Mystery Shopping and Custitude, as well as the mystery shopping arm of Lithuanian company DOOR Training.
Established 22 years ago, SeeYou employs methods such as mystery shopping, exit interviews, customers tracking and storechecks to help clients analyze and optimize their key customer interactions.
The acquisition is effective immediately, and the integration will be overseen by Dive's Norwegian division, currently still under the name Ukjent Kunde but now due to rebrand - 'eventually' - as Dive SeeYou.
