Yonder Data Solutions Promotes Five

In the UK, data collection agency Yonder Data Solutions has promoted five people: Andy Salmons to Survey Programming Director, Amit Lakhani to AD, Nick Rawlinson to Senior Data Processor, Ellie Crompton to Omnibus Manager and Nazrin Alufer to Senior Survey Manager.

Known until four years ago as Populus Data Solutions, the company provides services from CATI and consumer and B2B omnibuses, to survey programming, advanced analytics and data science. Its offer also includes video feedback, biometrics, passive data collection, AI, and virtual methodologies.

Salmons has spent more than a dozen years at the company and will now lead the Survey Programming team in complex programming initiatives. Earlier in his career he worked in DP roles at NOP and Cobalt Sky, the latter for fourteen years. Lakhani and Rawlinson are both in the Data Processing team: Rawlinson spent twenty-five years at Kantar, latterly as Lead DP Exec; while Lakhani's CV includes DP roles at Ipsos, TNS and Kantar Media - she joined Yonder DS eight years ago.

Crompton started at the company as a student intern in the Survey Management team, and will now steer the consumer and B2B omnibus offering. Alufer, who joined the firm three years ago after working in retail, has 'a stellar track record in managing complex surveys' and a dedication to team collaboration and client satisfaction, according to Yonder.
