M.E.L Adds Social Research Expertise
Birmingham, UK-based M.E.L Research has hired Tamsin Maries as a Research Manager. She brings in-depth experience of social research, with a focus on children and families.
M.E.L helps clients to deliver better public services in a range of areas from health and wellbeing, housing and transport to waste, arts & culture, and community resilience.
Maries brings with her more than ten years of qual and quant experience in social and market research, including education, children and families, technology, business and FMCG sectors. She spent eight years at food and sensory specialist MMR Research Worldwide, in two spells with a year at Ipsos MORI in between, in 2014-15. Most recently she worked at B2B tech market researcher Vanson Bourne. She holds a degree in Early Childhood Studies from the University of Warwick, and interned in a social research role at Birmingham City Council, helping to evaluate parenting programmes.
