Funds for Real-World Retail Behavior Tracker Quorum

Ad industry data optimization platform Quorum has completed an unspecified seed funding round, with which to boost its growth and support innovation.

Burlington, VT-based Quorum uses a mass of real-world, in-store behavior signals to assess and optimise media investment across the open web and CTV. The firm was founded in 2019 by serial entrepreneur Ezra Doty (pictured), who previously founded Think Realtime - a DSP acquired by Dealer.com.

Quorum aims to help advertisers 'realize the true value from media running adjacent to high quality studio and newsroom produced content'. Its solution competes 'head-on' with the data available for ads within walled gardens like Google and Meta, and allows advertisers both to link media exposure to physical store visits, and to execute hyper local media campaigns and highly targeted, measurable cross-device CTV campaigns for specific audiences.

Investors Crush Ventures, Trajectory Capital and Dudley Fund all participated in the round.
