Nexxt's inca Adds Voice and Video Response

In Toronto, research tech and conversational AI company Nexxt Intelligence has announced an upgrade to its inca Conversational AI platform, allowing participants the option to answer open-ended questions using voice or video. These are analysed in real time for immediate AI probing.

Nexxt was founded in 2015 and is the developer of inca (inquisitive natural conversation agent) which uses conversational AI to improve and scale up qual response. Inca is also the core technology behind other products: the firm's end-to-end Big Qual platform, their inca SmartProbeAPI - adding inca's qual probing capabilities to any quant survey platform; and inca AI Coding, which analyses and codes survey open-endeds and verbatims.

Nexxt says the latest development will lead to longer, more detailed answers. According to Managing Partner Phil Sutcliffe, 'inca was already the only platform with all the capabilities of a quantitative survey plus qualitative projectives and intelligent AI probing of open-ends.
