InfoSum Hires Sales Leader for ANZ

In Sydney, data collaboration platform InfoSum has appointed former EssenceMediacom Sydney GM Adele Burke as Sales Director, Australia & New Zealand.

Founded in 2016 and with offices in the US, the UK, continental Europe and Australia, InfoSum boasts 'the only secure data clean room', allowing clients to personalize and enhance customer experiences while prioritizing their privacy using patented 'non-movement of data technology'. In January it launched a new solution called Private Path, which aims to help client organizations securely maximize the value of first-party data outside the clean room environment, and in August it partnered with WPP's data and technology company Choreograph to enhance its offer of campaign planning and audience profiling. The firm's entry in Australia and New Zealand in 2022 followed a $65m Series B round of funding the previous summer, earmarked partly for launches in 'new regions'.

Burke (pictured) joins from EssenceMediacom Australia where she spent a total of thirteen years, most recently as General Manager of the Sydney office. She began her career in planning roles, at firms including Universal McCann Ireland and Zenith Optimedia Ireland. In her new role, she will lead InfoSum's go-to-market sales strategy as the market for data clean rooms expands.
