SymphonyAI Upgrade Boosts Video Performance Analysis
In California, data science and business transformation specialist SymphonyAI has enhanced its Revedia platform to help media clients understand the performance of video content performance on FAST, AVOD and TVOD channels.
SymphonyAI was founded in 2017 and now employs around 3,000 people, working for clients in retail, CPG, financial services, manufacturing, media, and IT/enterprise service management. In the summer of last year it acquired business intelligence provider 1010data, adding market intelligence, data management, enterprise analytics and collaboration capabilities to its portfolio.
The Revedia platform offers media clients a suite of data-driven revenue optimization solutions. The new Media Copilot works alongside LLMs, skills and other AI models to simplify the process of gathering insight: this includes rapidly locating information, analyzing content performance and contextualizing data to improve decision-making. The Copilot provides users with a conversational interface and is powered by the firm's EurekaAI generative and predictive AI platform.
Another new feature is automated title matching, addressing the challenges of inconsistent naming conventions used to identify assets. When data is ingested into Revedia, the firm says title discrepancies are 'instantly detected and resolved by AI', with revenue attributed to the correct asset in an organization's library.
Mark Moeder (pictured), president of SymphonyAI's media division comments: 'Streaming executives are already contending with multiple distributors and services, trying to optimize consumption and associated revenues. Now, virtually every content investment and distribution decision involves more than one revenue model. The AI capabilities we've introduced on the Revedia platform alleviate the burden of data analysis and power optimal decisions, freeing teams to focus on strategic growth'.
