STRAT7 Incite Promotes Four
Strategic research and planning consultancy STRAT7 Incite has promoted John 'JT' Tearle to Head of the Services Practice, Jo Farquhar and Lindsey Liensavanh have both been promoted to Senior Director, and Fiona Galliford to Senior Associate in the Services Practice.
 STRAT7 was formed five years ago by specialist data and analytics agencies ResearchBods and Bonamy Finch, together with start-up LiFE, as a new entity aiming to help businesses and brands extract customer insights and interpret them to create data driven strategies. Strategic consultancy Incite was acquired three years ago from its former owner Kin + Carta for around £18m. Headquartered in London, with offices in New York, Chicago and San Francisco, the division combines consumer and commercial insight working across the FMCG, health, financial services, tech, leisure and retail sectors.
Tearle (pictured top left) recently rejoined the business as Senior Director - Head of Client Services, having previously worked at STRAT7 Incite for 11 years. 'JT embodies the values of Incite' says MD Lizzie Eckardt, 'and is already having a positive impact on the Services team, and we know he will add a lot of value to our Senior Leadership Team'.
Farquhar (pictured top right) joined Incite eighteen months ago having worked client side at IAG Cargo, and earlier in her career spent between three and seven years each at GfK NOP, TNS Australia, Quadrangle Group and Maru/Matchbox UK. Liensavanh (pictured below left) joined Incite three years ago after brief spells at SKIM and Basis, having earlier worked in Australia for Jigsaw and Fiftyfive5, and at Nielsen BASES. Eckardt comments: 'Since joining the business in March last year Jo has played a pivotal role in growing some of our most important accounts within the Energy & Travel sector. Lindsey has also been critical in leading and growing a longstanding relationship with one of our largest clients, a large, global payments brand - demonstrating that she is a true trusted advisor to their team'.
Galliford (pictured below right) joined the company as an Analyst in 2021, having worked previously as a Client Executive at Kantar Worldpanel. Incite's Services Practice covers sectors including energy, financial services and travel.
