Raft of New Hires for Australian Insight Firm Nature
Independent strategic insights consultancy Nature has announced a dozen recent appointments across its Sydney, Melbourne and newly-opened Brisbane offices.
Founded in 2007, the company offers a wide range of methodologies for segmentation, brand and communication, pricing, conjoint and customer value studies, and is a certified B Corp.
Michael Cullen rejoins the firm, taking the title of AD. He previously helped establish the Sydney office, serving as its second team member, but now becomes the first employee in Queensland, working from Brisbane and reporting to company partner Justin Connally.
Five new people join the Sydney team, including three Senior Consultants - Sarah Niessen (formerly of Fifth Dimension), Nicole Hoffman (formerly of Pollinate) and Anna Pererra Shaw (formerly of RFI Global). Hannah Ahthiong, former of UK firm Yonder Consulting, and former Core Research (Ireland) employee Ali Bruce join as Consultants.
The Melbourne office also adds three Senior Consultants and two Consultants. The former are Rory Foye (formerly of the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office in the UK), James Ruta (formerly of Platform One), and Alex Durrant (formerly of Cubery); the latter are Carlos Trujillo (formerly of Kantar) and Isobel Fry (formerly of Portland Communications, UK). Rebeka Avtarovska also joins the company in Consulting Support - she worked previously at Cubery.
'It's incredibly rewarding to see Nature grow with such high-calibre talent across our offices' says company founder and Managing Partner Chris Crook (pictured), 'strengthening our ability to deliver world-class insights for our clients. We're committed to creating an environment where people thrive, and it's brilliant to see our people-first culture resonate with both our team and the wider market'.
