Press Ganey Adds Nursing Benchmark and Data Viz Tools

Health sector insights, analytics and experience measurement firm Press Ganey, the parent of MR tech company Forsta, has launched Nursing Intelligence, allowing clients to track and monitor data on nurse satisfaction, patient experience and outcomes, and to compare performance to industry benchmarks.

Press Ganey works with healthcare providers and health plans to improve the experiences of their patients and workforce through a combination of data, technology and expertise, allowing them to gather, analyze, visualize and act on key insights to retain employees and optimize the patient care journey. More than 41,000 healthcare provider organizations worldwide and 85% of health plans in the USA are clients. The company acquired research tech pioneer Forsta in February 2022.

The new AI-powered tool is designed to enhance Press Ganey's Nursing Excellence solution, helping to gather and visualize performance and benchmarking information required by organizations pursuing Magnet recognition. The latter is a designation awarded by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) to honor excellence in nursing - including quality patient care, nursing excellence and innovation in professional nursing practice - and Press Ganey says 97% of all Magnet designated hospitals are its partners.
