LiveRamp Continues Double Digit Growth
In San Francisco, data collaboration platform LiveRamp has announced fiscal 2025 second quarter revenue of $185 million, up 16%.
LiveRamp helps client companies and their partners connect, control and activate data to improve customer experiences and drive business outcomes. Its offer includes data onboarding, a cookieless identity solution, hundreds of integrations with major tools and platforms and a clean room network for privacy-compliant data sharing. The firm partnered with Nielsen in June and with Environics Analytics in the Spring.
For the quarter, which ended on September 30th, LiveRamp reported subscription revenue up 14% to $143m and 'Marketplace & Other' revenue up 23% to $42m. Non-GAAP operating income was $41m, up from $32m a year earlier. The overall figure grew by more than ten percent for the third consecutive quarter.
As of September 30th the firm had 125 customers with an annualized subscription revenue over $1 million, compared to 99 a year earlier, and although the number of subscription customer dropped by 10 to 885, subscription net retention was 107% and platform net retention 110%. For the full fiscal year the company says it expects revenue of between $737m and $739m - an increase of 12% - and non-GAAP operating income of between $133m and $135m.

Our recent platform update makes it faster and easier for customers to activate their first-party data. We continue to scale our clean room network by adding the largest premium publishers and retail media networks that marketers want to engage in data collaboration.
