Hire and Promotion for CMB
US research and analytics firm CMB has appointed Paul Selby as Senior Sales Operations Analyst and promoted Emily Meier to Moderator.
 CMB was formerly known as Chadwick Martin Bailey and has been owned by corporate engagement solutions firm ITA Group since 2017. The company offers custom market research and consulting and is based in Boston, MA. In October it launched a range of tools called AI + HI Solutions, combining AI with the firm's research and insights consulting expertise from the last forty years.
Selby has worked in sales, sales operations and CRM roles for around twenty years, in organisations including the Georgia Aquarium, Georgia Department of Economic Development, chemicals manufacturer Momar and equipment rental company Red-D-Arc. Most recently he was Sales operations Manager at law firm marketing specialist Crisp.
Psychology PhD Meier joined CMB two years ago as an Insights Consultant, after eighteen months working at Elligo Health Research. She has also worked in a number of sales roles and as a Graduate Research Assistant at East Carolina University.
