New Senior Director for Empower Translate

MR sector languages specialist Empower Translate has appointed Silvia Dürrsperger as a Senior Director, based in London.

Empower offers 'insight localisation', including translation and transcription, coding, SimTrans (interpreting) and content analysis exclusively for the research industry. The firm has recently added multilingual moderation and AI-based localization options.

Dürrsperger (pictured) began her career as a researcher with eight and a half years at TNS Healthcare and Kantar Health, rising from Junior Exec to AD, then worked as Head of Project Management, Qual UK at health sector specialist WorldOne and Director, Business Development at M3 Global Research, still in the healthcare and pharma sector. For the last ten years she has worked as Director / Group Director of Strategic Accounts and as a Senior Director at translation companies Language Connect and THG Fluently (part of THG Ingenuity).

In her new role, she will focus on growth and strategic account management.
