Nielsen Hires GM Audience Measurement for EMEA
Nielsen has appointed former TikTok and Revolut exec Inam Mahmood as its new General Manager, Audience Measurement for EMEA, based in London.
During two years as Head of Media Solutions at financial services app firm Revolut, Mahmood helped to drive revenue growth while building and leading teams across the commercial function, and developing and executing go-to-market strategy. Prior to this he worked for four and a half years at TikTok, where he was the first commercial hire in EMEA, as Director Monetization and Partnerships in 2018. He launched and scaled the advertising business and later led the launch of TikTok Shop in the region, as MD Global Business Solutions from 2020 and then as Director, Strategic Partnerships (Ecommerce).
In his new role he reports to Chief Revenue Officer, Audience Measurement Amilcar Perez who comments: 'With a career spanning 20 years, Inam has played a critical role in launching and growing digital businesses across various mobile and video startups, including world famous brands such as Revolut, TikTok, and award-winning creative mobile firm, Adludio.
