AMC Global Hires to Strengthen Qual Ops

US-based custom research firm AMC Global, which specializes in launch strategies and brand tracking, has strengthened its qual team with the appointment of longstanding Gongos and Human8 researcher Tonya Jiles as Senior Manager of Research Operations.

Headquartered in Blue Bell, PA, AMC offers product launch insight solutions spanning the full product lifecycle: its proprietary PFU (Purchaser Follow-up) tool taps real purchasers of new or restaged products immediately following launch, while a range of other tools help brands optimize products for launch and offer in-depth understanding of purchaser and shopper perspectives.

Jiles has spent the last thirty years managing and directing operations at Gongos Research and its successor InSites Consulting / Human8 - Gongos was acquired in 2022 by online communities specialist InSites Consulting, which changed its name a year later to Human8.

In her new role, Jiles will work closely with the VP of Qualitative Research and the rest of the qual team to scale and optimize research operations.
