PriceSpider Integrates New Shopper Experience Tools

Shopper and pricing data firm PriceSpider has announced the 'API Accelerate Suite', with new features - Custom Commerce and Data Share - to help users create differentiated shopping experiences and boost conversions.

Anthony FerryPriceSpider provides data solutions to help clients improve their shopper experience, streamlining the path to purchase and collecting actionable insights about both products and customers. In November it added a new price monitoring tool giving brands enhanced insights and visibility concerning their price positioning across key selling partners.

The latest launch aims to address client problems with fragmented data sources and multiple reporting workflows, which the firm says are obstacles to rapid action and optimization. The new API combines its existing Insights Portals with the two new solutions, in order to directly integrate real-time omnichannel data. PriceSpider Custom Commerce gives access to the company's omnichannel data to power custom experiences across brand owned media such as social channels, ads and campaigns - this includes the ability to create and modify 'Shoppable Where to Buy forms' or build immersive and interactive 3D shopping environments. PriceSpider Data Share pulls in the same data and connects it with brands' existing data lakes and reporting systems, to enhance their internal analytics capabilities, including tracking of product performance , shopper engagement and sales.
