Further Evolution for SurveyMonkey

In the US, eponymous DIY online surveys and forms company SurveyMonkey has announced upgrades to its enterprise MR solutions, adding flexibility and customization and available to all clients of its 'Audience' global survey panel.

Priya GillThe firm says it has nearly doubled the number of panelists available through SurveyMonkey Audience, to more than 335m in 130 countries across the globe, with a choice of 56 languages. With the latest release, users can schedule survey distribution up to one month in advance, simplifying work across time zones; choose to exclude panelists who took a survey within the last 100 days from the new sample; use more advanced analysis criteria, helping with exploration of specific target segments; and conduct TURF analysis within the MaxDiff function, to understand the optimal combination of features or messages to appeal to the widest audience.
