MINT Buys Media and Marketing Intell Firm
MINT, which develops AI-powered Advertising Resource Management (ARM) software, has announced the acquisition of info3, which provides intelligence management solutions for media and marketing teams. Terms were not disclosed.
MINT is headquartered in New York with offices in five European cities and in Brazil. A year ago it brought in former Ipsos and Gartner senior exec Lorenzo Larini (pictured) as its Global CEO. Its 'ARM' solutions use automation and predictive AI to help global brands consolidate their resources, processes, workflows and data into a unified platform, optimizing efficiency and impact.
Paris-based info3 was established in the 2000s and tailors solutions to monitor media and marketing activity for multinational corporations. The firm also offers data consultancy, ad hoc development and outsourcing. Like its new parent, it has offices in New York and London.
MINT says the buy will help it strengthen its market presence in Europe and expand into key regions, as well as adding seamless ERP integration capabilities, crucial for large-scale enterprise advertisers, to its offering. Info3's capabilities in media planning will furthermore reinforce MINT's ARM offer, by enabling more comprehensive data-driven media campaign management across global markets.
Larini says the acquisition reflects MINT's mission 'to be the ultimate digital transformational partner for global advertisers'. He explains: 'With info3, we are empowering clients to adopt the agentic model of the future, driven by intelligent workflows, real-time data, and adaptive AI-powered systems'.
'Our solutions have always been about simplifying complexity and enabling smarter decision-making' says Henri Kayali, co-founder of info3. 'By joining forces with MINT, we are taking our existing best-in-class media planning capabilities to the next level. The synergies between info3 and MINT create an open and modern enterprise solution that will revolutionize the way advertisers operate, offering them seamless, end-to-end integration'.
