New President for Qual Support Firm Fieldwork
Chicago-based qual research support specialist Fieldwork has appointed Nikki Darré as its new President. She joined the firm in 1993 as a Client Hostess.
At the time, Darré was studying for a Bachelor of Arts in English at Arizona State University. By 1997 she was the facility president of Fieldwork Denver, a role she held for 24 years. Most recently she served as EVP.
She succeeds Steve Raebel, who spent thirteen years as president and is now Chairman of the Board.
Darré is known for her attention to detail, including the provision of inviting and comfortable research environments; and her role as a mentor. Partner and EVP Sarah Kotva says Darré is 'the natural choice for President', adding: 'Nikki has been instrumental in driving our success across various aspects of the organization. From expertly managing our focus group facilities to overseeing high-volume recruitment call centers, her contributions are invaluable'.
Partner and EVP Carlos Martinez comments: 'Nikki Darré's leadership at Fieldwork has long been defined by her ability to build up team members around her exhibiting a deep understanding of what makes an organization thrive. Her impact extends beyond operations - she has shaped how we think about research spaces, participant and client experience, and the future of our industry. As she steps into the role of President, I have no doubt her passion and expertise will continue to push Fieldwork forward in new and exciting ways'.
