New SurveyMonkey Tool Offers No-Code Integration

San Mateo, CA-based DIY survey and forms company SurveyMonkey has launched Connect, a library of no-code options allowing all the firm's users to port their data into popular business apps without the need for a specific integration.

Eric JohnsonThe tools can be used to send a notification or update a spreadsheet in packages such as Microsoft Teams and Slack, with Excel and Google Sheets coming soon; to locate and pull up apps and automations in one central location without leaving SurveyMonkey; to set up automated workflows to save time and eliminate errors; and to more easily combine survey data with other sources for richer insights. Users can also collaborate more efficiently with automated notifications in tools teammates are already using, and step-by-step guidance and shortcuts are provided.

As examples, SurveyMonkey says an HR manager can pass employee feedback directly into her team's Slack channel for fast follow-up, a marketer can ensure every post-webinar survey response is automatically updated in Excel for ongoing analysis, and CX teams can collaborate on real-time customer requests and complaints via notifications in Microsoft Teams.

'Connect provides a seamless bridge between our survey and form creation process and people's favorite workplace tools, without the hassle of a complicated setup' says CEO Eric Johnson. 'We believe that unlocking the full potential of data means enabling it to flow freely to the systems of action - where our users need it most - rather than keeping it siloed in a system of record'.
