Nexxt Upgrades AI Codeframe Tool

Toronto-based Nexxt Intelligence has upgraded its inca AI Coding tool, which now generates codeframes to fit specific research objectives.

Phil SutcliffeNexxt was founded in 2015 and offers inca (inquisitive natural conversation agent), which uses conversational AI to improve and scale up qual response. Inca is also the core technology behind the firm's end-to-end Big Qual platform, its SmartProbeAPI - which adds qual probing capabilities to any quant survey platform; and AI Coding, which analyses and codes survey open-endeds and verbatims.

Users can brief the new version of the AI Coding tool with specific objectives: for example to focus codes on the emotions expressed by research participants in their open-ended answers, and can also specify the number of codes they want, as well as editing the list once generated.

The tool is available as a web app for uploads of verbatim data from any source, and also forms an integral part of Nexxt's end to end inca conversational AI survey platform.

'With this latest release, inca AI Coding will transform how researchers code open-ended responses' says Managing Partner Phil Sutcliffe (pictured). 'The ability to brief the AI to generate and iterate codeframes means researchers can now create codeframes that meet their objectives in minutes'.
