Relish Loses Founder, Moves in with RED C

Sister insight agencies RED C Research and Relish have moved into new offices in Holborn, central London, to support continued expansion. Relish has also announced that its founder, Monique Drummond, is stepping back from the business to pursue 'new personal projects'.

Monique DrummondBoth companies are part of the Business Post Group of companies - Dublin-based Red C since 2021 and Relish two years later. In their new joint home at 175 High Holborn, the two companies will continue to operate independently, with a total team of 35 people servicing around £6m in annual UK turnover.

RED C UK MD Richard Barton says the move 'reflects an important investment by the group in the UK businesses and is a crucial stage gate in our plan to grow joint UK revenues to £10m'. Relish MD Simon Thompson adds: 'It's an incredibly exciting time for us all, especially with new additions to the team and after a strong financial year. Being more centrally located improves our connectivity with each other in the group as well as our wider client base, so it's a positive move all round.'

The RED C Group remains headquartered in Dublin under CEO Richard Colwell, who founded the business in 2003 alongside Sinéad Mooney. Drummond co-founded Chiswick, London-based Drummond Madell, and rebranded it as Relish in 2011 after buying out her partner John Madell. Her departure leaves Thompson reporting directly into Colwell.
