Trustpilot Adds Insight and Promotion Features
Customer review platform Trustpilot has added new features which it says allow businesses 'to transform reviews into an invaluable data source for customer, market and competitive insights.'
The firm says the new features bridge the gap between marketing and customer experience teams, giving them shared insights and tools that help create stronger relationships and higher conversion rates. They include the ability to follow up a review immediately with a questionnaire, in order to gather more specific and actionable feedback; visitor analytics giving a deeper understanding of review engagement and customer behaviour, and tracking key metrics including the TrustScore; widgets to help businesses showcase reviews; and an 'asset builder' to customise reviews and scores for use in owned and paid media.
Chief Customer Officer Alicia Skubick comments: 'Customer feedback isn't meant to just be collected - it's meant to drive action. When businesses showcase their TrustScore in advertising, or refine internal processes to address customer concerns, they are turning their customers' voices into measurable business success. These features will enable businesses to take those insights, and the value they offer, further.'
Founded in 2007, the firm now has more than 1,000 employees and offices in Amsterdam, Denver, Edinburgh, Hamburg, London, Melbourne, Milan and New York - in addition to its Copenhagen headquarters.
