StackAdapt Boosts Measurement, Planning and Targeting
Toronto-based ad platform StackAdapt has announced new features for CTV advertisers, including a framework called CTV Properties, an automated ad formatting facility called creative transcoding and new UX, reporting and analysis tools.
StackAdapt was founded in 2014 by Vitaly Pecherskiy and operates a multi-channel programmatic ad platform. In 2023 it launched a self-service footfall attribution solution, and last year it partnered with omniscreen TV measurement provider Samba TV.
The firm says the upgrades will offer advertisers more effective forecasting, more precise targeting across premium CTV inventory, and superior measurement tools for assessing impact and optimizing campaign performance.
CTV Properties promises a clearer picture of where ads run, with new 'more granular and intuitive' system of classification for CTV supply based on the firm's own research across networks, apps, FAST, AVOD, BVOD, streaming platforms, OEMs and publishers. Creative transcoding allows users to automate the process of producing the multiple variations of a single creative which many publishers require.
The firm also says it has upgraded its user experience and reporting tools, making it easier for advertisers to analyze performance, optimize campaigns, and gain deeper insights into CTV effectiveness.
'As advertisers continue shifting budgets into CTV, the need for transparency and precise measurement has never been greater,' states Greg Joseph, the company's VP of Inventory Development. 'Introducing new capabilities like CTV Properties and creative transcoding, we are equipping advertisers with the tools they need to confidently scale their CTV investments globally.'
