INTERVIEW: Toluna Founder & CEO Frédéric-Charles Petit

Toluna, like DRNO, is 25 years old this Spring. MrWeb's Nick Thomas recently (finally) caught up with the man who's headed it up all that time, and talked about acquisitions and recent brand unification, the use of AI throughout the business, and Frederic's views on the future of the industry. Since 2000 Toluna has grown from 'ten people in a [presumably large] kitchen' to a company of 2,500+ people; has acquired the likes of Harris Interactive, GutCheck and MetrixLab; and evolved from a regional panel company into a global, end-to-end research platform and provider.
