London-based ad tech and audience intelligence company MiQ has appointed longtime Accenture Interactive CEO Brian Whipple to its Global Statutory Board.
MiQ's offer combines buying platforms, ad inventory and audience intelligence. The firm is headquartered in London, employs around 300 data scientists, engineers, analysts and traders, and operates globally from 21 offices across North America, Europe, APAC and Latin America. A whirlwind last eighteen months have seen the firm acquire French media governance martech company Grasp; roll out its cross-media TV Intelligence platform in the UK, US, Canada and Australia, launch in Ireland; and partner with healthcare analytics company PurpleLab to help clients measure the impact of digital ad campaigns on patient visits.
The firm's Global Statutory Board fulfills obligations around governance, financial planning and compliance in conjunction with the global executive board; and reviews proposed capital structure changes, long-term strategy, and M&A activity.
