New Stamford HQ for ISG
ISG, the technology research and advisory firm headed up by former VNU / Nielsen man Michael P. Connors, is to relocate its headquarters within the city of Stamford, CT, to new offices in the downtown building at 400 Atlantic Street, the former home of Comscore investor Charter Communications.
The firm was established in 2006-7 and now employs around 1,600 people in more than twenty countries - around 50 are based in the Stamford HQ. Services include digital transformation and other change management, sourcing advisory, strategy and operations design, market intelligence, technology research and analysis.
ISG plans to occupy the new 12,000-square-foot offices in September, after seven years in its current base at 2187 Atlantic Street, in Stamford's South End. Global Corporate Comms Head Will Thoretz (pictured) said the move coincides with the expiry of the a lease and stated: 'Our new space in the heart of downtown Stamford offers more amenities and closer proximity to the Stamford railroad station for the convenience of our employees, clients and guests. And we'll be in good company, sharing the building with other world-class firms.'
