Healthcare Fieldwork Firm QualWorld Adds AI Features

Qualitative healthcare fieldwork firm QualWorld has partnered with qual analysis specialist BAI Analytics, and added a new AI-assisted solution to its offer.

Based in the Loire town of Sorbiers, QualWorld is an independent fieldwork agency which was founded by five pharma MR veterans in 2014. BAI is headquartered in Montreal, Canada and provides customer intelligence software.

The partners say healthcare qual places particularly high demands on accuracy, multilingual analysis, data protection and regulatory compliance, and that the deal will allow these demands to still be met, while speeding up the pace of work. The launch follows an extensive evaluation and testing process conducted by QualWorld across multiple providers, languages and research scenarios.

The new tool delves into qualitative interview answers and generates structured Excel content analyses, along with traceability back to the original source material to ensure verification. AI-assisted deliverables are subject to QualWorld quality control procedures. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with controlled access and enterprise authentication; and hosting is in France by default, with US hosting available if required.
