ESA Recruits for DP and Quality
Retail specialist ESA has added two to its Head Office team. Michael Virks joins as Data Processing Manager and Melanie Banks in the newly created role of Business Improvement Administrator.
Hamburg-born Virks has lived in the UK for more than seven years, working for Infratest Burke, NFO, Taylor Nelson Sofres and most recently NOP. His experience includes CATI, CAPI and Web development to new hardware and systems assessment and implementation, as well as junior staff training.
Banks joins from Northgate Information Solutions UK, having previously worked for Kodak UK and prior to this for Tyco in the UK, Ireland and Sweden. Her roles have focused on assessment of business processes, procedures and training, and at ESA her remit includes raising awareness of Quality within the business.
