New Ipsos AD to Develop Europe 2000
Ipsos UK has appointed Sarah Owen, formerly of Granada and BusinessWeek magazine, as AD in its Media division.
Owen spent ten years at Granada before joining BusinessWeek where she was International Research Manager. At Ipsos UK she will take responsibility for the syndicated Europe 2000 series, an annual survey of decision makers and leading consumers in 16 European countries. She will also lead a team working on a study of TV viewing patterns among this audience for client Bloomberg. She will report to Ipsos Media director David Lucas.
