Italian Firm to Join Synovate
Synovate parent Aegis has agreed the acquisition of Italian quant and qual ad hoc agency AMT Consulting. The deal should be complete before the end of June 2005, when AMT will become part of Synovate.
AMT has sales offices in Rome and Milan together with an operation centre in Bari, and had revenues of approximately EUR 4.5m for the calendar year 2004. The purchase price is EUR 1.6m payable in cash on completion, plus deferred cash consideration payable over 3 years, up to a maximum of EUR 3.2m, subject to rigorous performance criteria.
